AC voltage regulator 220 volts

Hello. I want to share with you a simple little circuit, namely a voltage regulator for alternating current 220 volts. The design is quite simple and does not require a large investment, and any novice radio amateur will be able to assemble such a circuit.

I use this design for a homemade electric stove on which we cook porridge for dogs, and recently applied it to a soldering iron.

To make this controller, we need: a

pair of resistors per 1 kOhm can even be 0.25 w, one variable resistor per 1 mOhm, two capacitors 0.01 μF and
47 nF, one dinistor that I took from an economy light bulb, the dinistor does not have polarity so you can solder it as you like, we also need a triac with a small heatsink, I used a triac in the TC series in a 10 amp metal case, but you can use KU208G, we also need screw terminal blocks.

By the way, a little about the variable resistor if you put it on 500 kOhm it will regulate quite smoothly, but only from 220 to 120 volts, and if it is 1 mOhm, it will be tightly regulated with an interval of 5-10 volts, but the range will increase from 220 to 60 volt. I shot a short video clip about a triac controller.
