The Widder Restaurant extends over two of the nine houses that make up Widder Hotel : “Kleinen Widder” and “Haus zum Bauknecht”. The latter features an impressive, preserved ceiling construction, a rare example of a medieval architectural style. Today, it sets the stage for head chef Stefan Heilemann’s notion of haute cuisine.
