At the same time, the methods of planning and organization are described, this is a routine. Therefore, it is not surprising that timing or writing out plans daily (and even more so following them) is quickly annoying, or simply disgusting.
You need to use strengths, as they say. Therefore, all that can be simplified and automated is to be simplified and automated. First of all - to exclude from your life. There is even such an exercise as throwing out trash and putting things in order at home. Distractions and the ability to tell them no is one of the main chips. It is worth noting that there are many creative people who are talented, and at the same time live according to a strict schedule - the same sportsmen, for example. But they don’t need such articles, right?
Still, the abstract desire to deal with their affairs needs to be moved in reality. And to translate into reality, you need such a thing as will. But she refuses to write plans and other things, so what then?
Here you need to first realize that how much do not draw architecture on paper, until you write the code, the program will not work. So in the organization, how many articles do not read - until you take the first steps, things will not move.
Our body will come to the rescue. We have such a thing as habits. Or something like macros. Roughly speaking, if you do something small every day (or at least many times a week), then this is given easier and easier. And then completely on the machine. Something like brushing your teeth.
Try to do the simple things you need every night or morning (larks / owls will find the right mode for themselves). Record your expenses, for example, in a mobile phone. Or write a post in a diary.
Gradually, you pump willpower to make small jerks, but you don’t need more.
In general, we are very dependent on our body. Firstly, lack of sleep. If you did not sleep well, you will be put to sleep, you will not want anything. Similarly, with excess sleep.
Then, of course, food. Fruits, vitamins, meat, sweet tea / coffee help. But hunger or monotonous, without an abundance of nutrients, food and without variety does not have the best effect on performance and stupid desire to do something.
Plus hormones - you know yourself, the more testosterone, for example, the more energy a man has for different things.
Plus the weather and external factors - they affect, like a sine wave, even the presence of the sun can greatly affect.
Add another dependence on physical activity - if you are physically developed, or at least walk for half an hour a day - you already give a big plus for yourself. For the body is imprisoned for physical work, and when you do it, the body raises the general tone and working capacity.
Also, music and mood (interconnected things) - a good mood, or vice versa, an evil mood (negative pressure), affects your desire to engage in some kind of activity.
All this to the fact that you need to be prepared, that your performance is floating. Someone will call inspiration, someone a flash of labor enthusiasm. There is only one practical conclusion - catch the moments when rushing, and hammer the iron while it’s hot. And do not be discouraged if you are not rushing, just waste your nerves in vain.
We are constantly littered with the brain all around. Society, relatives, colleagues, advertising, the Internet, TV (who watches), the past, books, and so on. And many desires and “duties” are imposed from the outside, or that we, thanks to the weak ability to send the fuck, took over.
It’s worth writing out general vectors, “tricks” into some kind of cloud thing, and mercilessly cleaning it. So that there is only what is really rushing, plus a small number of really important responsibilities (such as communicating with family, maintaining health).
It is important to note that creative people are strong, as an article about spontaneous planning is written, they can do several things. Solve issues as quickly and simply as possible (for example, urgently stir up the questionnaire on the site - you load the Google Docs widget into the form, 5 minutes instead of installing the ready-made quiz systems or writing your own that an ordinary person will suggest; or you need to correct the text on production and the client is ready to sign a contract - the text in the database is corrected on the fly, and the task of creating a normal admin panel for this functionality is put to people verbally, similarly with raising servers).
Not very cool mode, squeezes all the juices. But sometimes it is necessary when cases are grouped (or an unexpected situation has arisen, which always happens)
3. Stupidity
Normal mode when you read something on the Internet. If you put a little willpower, you can at least read Habr, instead of LJ or Leprosy. And a little more training - and write out quotes and approaches that will come in handy later.
For all of the above, any simple cloud notebook is suitable, which can take notes and easily categorize them and search by text / category.
As practice shows, everything is evolving. Even lovers of designing everything from scratch are a thing of the past.
Although the desire “to do everything right away” still awakens in us, no, everything has long been living according to the laws of natural selection. RUP left, giving way to Agile. In programming lives XP and evolutionary design, continuous integration. Startups do not evolve according to megaplanes, through MVP and then evolution. Businesses are not made through megabusiness plans, but through constant quick, small steps.
Although in some places the good old design is still needed, such as in the construction of houses or bridges, there are less and less such areas.
Therefore, make a system for yourself, how to write code, how to draw a design. Made simple, tried, improved, and so on all the time.
