Intel has demonstrated a "floating" display
Intel engineers developed a new type of three-dimensional interface: using the 3D camera and special glass, the illusion of “floating” controls is created, for the use of which you need to literally “touch the air”. The new interface can be used in public devices, such as ATMs or photo booths - according to the developers, it is more hygienic and safer than the traditional one.
3D cameras have been used to control various devices before; Intel's novelty lies in the fact that the recognition of hand movements is combined with the projection of a visible three-dimensional image.
