Printer robot

    Hello, Habr!

Most “pocket” printers are a shrunken version of regular printers. It's just a little easier to wear. ZuTa Labs decided to fix this problem and “squeeze” the printer to the size of an ink tank, which, like a robot vacuum cleaner, will roll on a sheet of paper and print the necessary information.

Under habrakat - video and details.

At the moment, they are still working on the printer, but it is already clear how the final version will look. Of course, they cannot do without crowdfunding - that's why they launched a campaign on Kickstarter .

Conveniently, a sheet of paper can be of any size, and the printer itself will take up very little space.

    How does he work?

At the bottom of the printer there is a hatch, the opening of which activates printing. The battery is charged using a USB cable - the port is also at the bottom of the device. A full charge will last more than an hour of continuous operation. There is enough ink for 1000 printed sheets.

The printer system allows it to be carefully moved in any direction so that the lines do not creep onto each other. It is important, of course, to place the printer right at the top of the page from the very beginning.
