What do small iron companies from the state need?

We opened on 15 February and for 25 March this year to our first private technopark hardvarnogo Russia Navigator Campus came Medvedev. We even took a selfie with him .

Now we have about 30 free jobs at a price of 6 to 11 tr. and partners are launching at our base an accelerator of iron startups , the acceptance of applications for which ends in mid-April.

So, after the Prime Minister of Russia visited our technopark, a round table was held on which a specific question was asked, the meaning of which is “what exactly can the state do to accelerate the development of companies that are engaged in electronics, robotics and other iron”.

Honestly, we at the campus find it difficult to answer this question, because always tried to survive on their own, but nevertheless the question remained in our RAM and requires an answer.

I want to ask the iron habrasociety to help with the answer. In order to get rational and potentially realizable real-life offers, you have to set some restrictions:
    1. We are not asking for money. Anyone who needs it will now receive grants or investments in Russia without problems.
    2. We do not offer “to improve the business climate”, only specific proposals.
    3. It’s better to offer something that will clearly increase the size of the industry, and not just make life easier
    4. No need to ask to reduce their taxes and so no one pays , you can reduce. Although, if there are specific proposals ..
    5. Do not ask for special conditions for any category of companies. Such proposals, as a rule, are very difficult to administer, and, as a result, to implement.

If you can still think of something with these restrictions, let's think of it. For our part, we promise legal study (we have good lawyers), preparation of final proposals, sending and tracking the result. All the details will be published in our VKontakte group in the relevant topic in the discussions
