Chelyabinsk mathematician published an attempt to prove P = NP

I came across an interesting article, unfortunately I don’t know how to insert a link to an external resource, so I make out as a post.

The scientist proved the equality of classes P and NP, for the solution of which the Clay Institute of Mathematics awarded a prize of one million US dollars.

At the moment I’m trying to find the details, if someone finds it - write in the comments, it’s a very unexpected result.
