Hello, dear Gabrazhiteli. Many of you know and probably use the Payoneer US Payment Service , which allows you to receive funds from American companies through the ACH / Direct Deposit network. Recently, this service has been significantly changed, we hope that you will appreciate the new features.
Previously, the number of companies from which it was possible to receive funds to a Payoneer account through the US Payment Service was strictly regulated by the “white list”, and adding new companies to it sometimes took several months, now this list is no longer available! This means that you can receive funds from any American company.who is ready to pay you to an account in a US bank through ACH. All payments must still comply with the terms of the US Payment Service, please note that some services / activities are limited in accordance with our official terms and conditions. Some highlights of the updated US Payment Service:
- At the moment, most users have already been transferred to the advanced US Payment Service. If your account still has old details, please wait a few days, you will also receive new details soon.
- The old details of the US Payment Service, which you used before, remain fully operational, and you can still use them.
- The US Payment Service is intended to receive funds only from American companies, only through ACH, and only for business purposes. Transfers from individuals, wire transfers and other non-conforming payments will be sent back to senders.
Also, as part of the improvement of the service, we have added a new option - US Payment Request. Using the US Payment Request, you can send a payment request to the American company you need.
Log into your Payoneer account, open the Receive Money menu and go to the “US Payment Service profile” section. After that, click on “Send a US Payment Request”.
You will see a form in which you need to fill in the data to send a request. Enter the required information and click on the "Submit" button. A request for payment will be sent by e-mail to the contact person indicated in the payment form, and a copy will also be sent to you. The letter will include an explanation of how this company can send you funds, as well as the amount you request. If you want to check what the letter looks like before sending it, click on “Preview”.
