New statistics on the use of mobile devices by children in America


    Non-profit research company Common Sense Media , which is researching the effects of media and technology on young users, presented its second report on how children under 8 interact with the media.

    In the two years since the first study, the impact of media on children has changed dramatically. Moreover, the role of mobile devices for young users has changed significantly.









    A total of 1,463 American families with children under 8 years old were interviewed between May 20 and June 12, 2013.
