ABOUT TRAINING:
From time to time we encounter this situation: the customer sends us a specification that is short, but so confusing that it is completely unclear what we need to get in the end. Or even better - begins to insist on a specific solution that is illogical and does not fit into the current product.
Why is the customer doing this? At our workshop, we will learn, firstly, to disperse the fog of confusing specifications, and secondly, to help the customer find the lost focus and restore the scope, and, of course, we will use Lego to simulate the development process. Also, we will consider a system for analyzing requirements and you can take a laptop with you, it will come in handy.
