Stop typing!
I restrained myself, but another pile of useless papers made me write this article-appeal.
We read a lot about the convenience of the interface, about layout of sites, about typography, but why don't I see articles about the quality and especially the amount that all these programs, services and sites print?
Of course, you can throw out an unnecessary piece of paper, but you can try to make the world a better place.
There is a computer, a terminal for cards with a printer, a second separate printer and other equipment.
The process looks straightforward: a bonus card is inserted into the payment terminal, a second printer prints something, then a bonus card is inserted, a credit card is inserted, the payment terminal prints a check, a bonus card is inserted again, the payment terminal and printer print something in a duet, the cashier is harvesting, one of the checks he keeps to himself, gives the remaining 6 (six) to me.
Here is a scan of receipts.

Yes, here you can even trace the logic. But why do I need such logic? In the evenings, there is a queue at the gas station, and all these frauds take extra time.
The breadth of paper generosity is especially striking after a trip to Norway, where the richest and thriftiest people in the world will certainly ask: Do I need to print a receipt for payment. Tea paper is not free.
I know our world is small - you must tell the developers that this is not necessary.
No, I won’t swear that under my registered account I have already bought 50 tickets, but he never remembered my name and surname. And it forces them to enter even after entering the name number of the bonus card (which he also does not bother to remember). Even in this form, it is much more convenient than standing in line at a stuffy train station. I'm talking about paper printing today:
Explain to me why you should definitely try to fill out an A4 sheet with a bunch of all these unnecessary letters? There, the required data is just one line, including the order code. Not! They will carefully fill out the A4 sheet so that then the beautiful picture of the “Good Way” does not fit on the page, crawl to the next, and then, apparently, the page break also costs, because the printer produces as many as 3 (three!) Sheets.
I give the proof again.

Friends, let's print less.
It turns out the visualization of the lack of professionalism of developers.

Example 1: at a gas station Gazpromneft they give me 6 (six!) Checks.

Example 2: a breakthrough online ticket service for Russian Railways.
