Scan networks from iOS

This article is a collection of programs for scanning or remote access to a PC. Description and links, as well as reviews under the cut.

A few days ago...

one obscure ( weather ) evening, sitting in a warm couch, having fun with his ipod touch 4g. At the end of the room a fun rumbled my old laptop, and I decided to check out what it has awakened, but broke it was hard to get up, I decided to connect to it remotely (for I remembered that always forget to close the port 22).

I went into the AppStore and then it started ...
And the first thing I answered the ssh request was the issh program (popular and free)

Issh

Most of the people met her (and maybe used / used). Everyone knows what ssh is, and I think you can immediately go to its advantages:

• storage of any number of configured connections
• support for RSA / DSA keys
• ctrl, alt, esc, tab, shift, and Fn -for convenience, taken separately
• connection ports
• RDP (Windows Remote Desktop) support
• Custom themes
• Connection import via Dropbox / iCloud / etc. ( under development )

All installed, now it is necessary to connect, and here a new one appears, not a problem, but a problem - I don’t remember the ip address of the laptop (but we don’t remember how to get up).
And comes to the rescue

IP Scanner

This program automatically scans your WLAN and immediately displays everyone who is sitting next to you (even if it is with a patch cord).

In particular of this program, you can specify that all saved devices should be assigned a description and pictures (well, this is for very large networks.)
You can download it in the AppStore (there is a paid and free version).

It seems that everyone says mission accomplished, but it was not there that the connection with the router was lost ( well, I think everyone came .)
Rather, there is a signal, well, very weak. We are looking for a problem, and this will help us

WIFI Analyzer

This program appeared immediately with the advent of Cydia, and it helped more than once.
Its peculiarity lies in the fact that it sees all the networks on the air (even with a weak signal), shows who is broadcasting on which channel, there is a signal graph with points of maximum and minimum signal levels, and also shows the manufacturer of the router (which is convenient for CoolHackers who decided act according to the scheme using here )
I found it only in Cydia (turnip: http: //cydia.xsellizer.com/), I advise a convenient thing.

So I forgot to say what was the problem. It turned out that my neighbor was too clever with his router (I still didn’t understand how) and occupied all four channels where my worked (after some time everything went wrong).
And calmly connecting to the laptop (without seeing anything useful for himself), he sent it to shutdown.

But here it was urgently needed to connect to another computer and find out why vkontakte does not work and the story continues.

iNetTools

This program has a set of 4 useful utilities (2 of which are available on any computer).
These are ping, trace, DNS lookup and ScanPort.
About them, too, everyone knows everything for a long time (only green users will need an explanation).
The main advantage of the program is that the program saves and reproduces all actions and results at the request of the user.
For scanning, you specify the ports yourself (supports all the standard ones) and wait for the result (it takes me ~ 5 minutes).
