Answers of the Minister of Communications to the questions of habrauserov
Hello! Perhaps someone else remembers how, in May 2011, the Minister of Communications Igor Shchegolev volunteered to answer questions from habrapuserov. We didn’t wait for answers then, but in July of this year, the newly-made Minister of Communications Nikolai Nikiforov volunteered to take on a heavy load , the press service of which turned to us and offered to close this question.

» Questions themselves
We understand that the minister is a busy person and it is not so easy to answer many questions on the fly. We waited patiently, they constantly told us “everything will be ready,” but at our company we firmly decided: to wait for answers no longer than before the first snow in Moscow. Not a pair of snowflakes, but good such white and fluffy snow. Therefore, we share what we are rich in:
“I saw in early summer the announcement that Nikiforov would now answer questions, but apparently, this is a classic situation for ministers. The situation with the old questions was this: when they came to the minister, he said that he had already answered all the questions and asked to find these answers - everything went to the information and public relations department. They did not find the answers and sent all the questions to other departments according to affiliation: whoever has the topic, to prepare the answers again - that’s all. And with the new minister it turned out this way: the questions for the new person are complicated, but so far there is no one to entrust them with, since the department of information and public relations has been disbanded, other departments are also changing very much: many people (who were in the subject) left, and new ones, respectively, trying to figure out where they are. "
This is a verbatim quote from one of the ministry employees who wished to remain anonymous. Unfortunately, that’s all we can offer you. So, you guessed it, you can no longer wait for answers.
