UFMS in Kemerovo broadcasts video from the reception to its website

Good news also happens from where you expect them little. So, from whom you are not looking for good, it’s from the Office of the Federal Migration Service.
Some time ago, I set out to get a passport and immediately thought about terrible lines and lost hours. I decided to go to the website of the FMS in the Kemerovo region with a sonorous address ufmsko.ru .
In addition to the design from the 90s (but I must admit that it is not the worst of the state sites) I was met on the main camera icon with the inscription On-Line Camera. Well interesting! In fact, this is a very interesting step of the UFMS KO. They put the camera in the receiving room and broadcast the signal through the well-known Ivideon service. Anyone can monitor the situation and come up at the most convenient (read “free”) time. “As they assure

specialists of the passport registration department, there is no such service in any unit of the Russian migration service. ”
This may not be any achievement, but the pleasant fact is that someone they decided to meet people at least in this way, especially given the simplicity of the task.
It would be great if, in one form or another, other departments and other structures followed Ufa.

The camera only works during business hours: from 10:00 to 19:00. So, for example, it looks like at the beginning of the working day:

True, at the time of verification, the camera was turned on only at the beginning of the 12th, and not at 10.

There was a desire to talk with representatives of the Federal Migration Service, in order to tell on the hub about who thought up how they came to implementation through Ivideon and what other modern solutions they use. Could get an interesting review. There is even an “On-line reception” icon on the main page, which leads to a form with an application for reception via Skype, but, unfortunately, it didn’t go beyond one step in the form of a camera - no one contacted me.
Of course, with the advent of the public services portal, the tale of lost time is no longer so acute and topical, but the fact itself is pleasant.
Colleagues, do not be afraid to make proposals - get closer to people!
