Another Chromebook Operating System - Fedora

A few weeks ago, Google introduced to the public its vision for the future of cloud computing as a laptop with Chrome OS for $ 249.
The hard-to-explain sense of a possible loss of digital comfort, which will happen right away if the owner of the Chromebook leaves the Internet coverage area, has forced “full-fledged” operating systems to run on a cheap and relatively efficient computer. And, as we know , Ubuntu managed to be launched on a computer from Google, but this was not the end of the matter.
Someone Christopher Hewitt on his page on the social network gives instructions (rather long and small) to install Fedora 17 with Xfce's surroundings on a dual-boot SD card without losing ChromeOS.
Unfortunately, there is no sane video to evaluate the speed of the system or a simple comment like “Yes, it works, but it slows down a bit!” not yet (although such questions come in the comments), however, the fact that an obviously cheap laptop will soon be adapted for full-fledged work is almost beyond doubt.
