Wikimedia (the nonprofit organization managing the wikipedia.org website), the same one that collects donations with pity eyes Jimbo once a year , announced a program to distribute old servers to all those in need (non-profit organizations).
These servers ended with a three-year warranty and it was decided to give them to those who would need them (since they no longer fit the needs of Wikipedia).
Servers of approximately this configuration:
Brand configs from Dell and Sun:
* 2 Xeon'a 2.5 GHz
* From 2 to 8 GB of RAM
* Several hard drives.
Applications are accepted only from American non-profit organizations with similar views (in the original: like-minded ).
