A new look at CodePlex

As I said a month ago , we are already working to improve the usability of the CodePlex community. Today I am pleased to announce the release of the new CodePlex interface! Our goal is to update the look of the site in a modern Metro style.
This is the first step in our further investment to improve the usability of the site. Please tell us your opinion about him! In addition, if you see any errors or something that does not look right on new pages, contact us .
Here are some highlights of the new interface published today:
We wanted to make it easier to find common actions in CodePlex. So make yourself at home: when you go to the main page, you will find large tiles for activities such as creating or searching for a project.
We also simplified the creation of new projects. Previously, the creation of the project consisted of filling in a large number of fields, the flag of the contract, CAPTCHA, and also took three pages.
Now, creating a project consists of two fields and choosing your preferences for managing source code. Much easier.
We still have a lot of ideas, and, as always, we are very focused on giving users what they ask, so keep submitting your ideas and vote for new opportunities ! You can also always find us on Twitter @CodePlex or @ mgroves84 .
