Over the past few months, we have spent as many as three major Hiring Tournament in Moscow, in which we sought specialists for such highly paid positions as Software Engineering Manager or Chief Software Architect. We collected reviews, talked about the domestic kitchen, and even made streams. But the first month of summer is coming to an end and the need to slow down, gain strength for the autumn labor breakthrough and just take a break, stronger and stronger. Only tourist agents are really actively working at this time, who need to be sold to us, northerners, burning and not very tours in the edges with a more benign climate, preferably somewhere on the shores of the warm sea (for fans of extreme sports there are always tours in Antarctica, but their units).
Therefore, we inform that the last Moscow Hiring Tournament of the seasonwill be held this Saturday, June 30th, in Gravity Co-working Space . After this event, we take a break in offline activities and return only by the end of the summer, in August. The anxiety that such events often take place “where lucky” can be safely rejected: the main difference between this event and those held, for example, a year ago, is that we are now holding it on our “home site”.
We said that Crossover offers 100% remote employment, so many questions of the organizational plan are left to the employees themselves. At the same time, we are constantly looking for professionals in our field, people with extensive experience and knowledge, and, as you might guess, these are definitely not yesterday's students. Our offers are accepted by people who have already taken place professionally, adults and, often enough, family ones. Objectively, to achieve a working atmosphere at home when there are children, a wife, and sometimes also pets, it is extremely difficult. That is why we took part in the opening of Gravity Co-working Space, part of which is always reserved for Crossover contractors and our events. - SaaSOps Software Architect : everything is the same as CSA, but the requirements for experience and skills are slightly lower and the specialization in SaaSOps.
