In order to significantly speed up the printing process, it was necessary to reduce the weight of the printing unit. That is what the company Raise3D did, reducing and facilitating the stepping motor of the pulling mechanism. At the same time the printer has not lost a drop of the previous quality of the printed surface. For printing with flexible materials (Flex, Rubber, etc.), an adjustment of the clamping mechanism was added, and for the control of plastic, a sensor for the end of the filament. Now, if you run out of plastic, the printer just pauses.
A completely new platform has emerged, which has become aluminum with the brand adhesive coating BuildTak. There are no more clothes pegs for fixing the table, now the table is fixed with the help of magnets and screws. The silicone heater installed in the table can heat it up to 110 degrees. As in the previous model Raise3D N, it is not necessary to calibrate the horizon of the heating table. Everything is calibrated at the factory.
