For almost two years now, we regularly add more and more functions to our software product, invent equipment, introduce our developments in different areas of our country and neighboring countries. Now a new frontier has been taken, about which we want to talk. Read about the unlimited hardware warranty and other goodies.

Hardware Warranty

10/28/2011 we started selling a new device of our production . Not everything was smooth, but within 2 weeks 99% of the shortcomings that were not identified at the initial stage of testing were eliminated. There were updates "over the air" and recall and subsequent exchange of the first part of the devices. Today, we can proudly say that the equipment is completely “licked out”, and in confirmation of our words we (by the way, the first from Ukrainian companies) introduce a LIFETIME guarantee for all products that we manufacture (devices and fuel level sensors, the exception is the battery, which so requires replacement depending on operating conditions).
Until March 31, 2012, a new version of the GPS tracker will be available, which will have a Glonass receiver on board, but the price of the device will beeverything is also available .

15,000 connected devices

By the end of February, we reached the mark of 15,000 connected third-party devices hosted on our servers (excluding affiliate programs and sales of server software , and our devices sold by us or our representatives). After the events that occurred in September last year (the service was inoperative for 2 days), the up-time is kept at 99% and this is only because of scheduled updates, which in turn we try to perform at night. Among the connected clients are both small private logins up to 3-5 units, and large companies with parks of 30-100-300 objects. Just with them came the integrators, who for one reason or another are switching to our software.

Integrators are harsh people, they all want cheaper, but at the same time so that no one knows that the software they provide is not their own. Someone used to use Belarusian software, someone wrote and used his own, someone ordered it on the side. In all cases, their business was built not only on the sale of equipment, but also on after-sales customer support, which, of course, is provided for a fee. For these clients, we have proposed several options for cooperation. In one of the options, we give the opportunity in 10 minutes to create your own personalized page, with all logos, texts, which at the moment depersonalizes the interface and gives the integrator for very little money the opportunity to provide services at their own rates and, most importantly, under their own brand.

Urban transport

In Ukraine, the first company to come up with a real request was the KP “Kherson Public Transport Service”. After familiarizing ourselves with our system, the enterprise management came to the conclusion that it makes sense to use an off-the-shelf solution (and none of the proposals considered was suitable for them to the full), but to create a passenger transportation management system based on the daily work of such a fleet. The part of our service that focused on working with routes was finalized (completely rewritten) already according to the technical tasks drawn up by dispatchers, the administration of the ATP and regulatory authorities.

The solution, which is being implemented now, has already shown the first results, and several more cities that have already expressed a desire to start working with us are next in turn.
