Three service packages are available :

• Essential ($ 1100 / month)
• Advanced ($ 4400 / month, $ 50K / year)
• Premium ($ 6600 + / month, $ 70K + / year)

The most expensive option includes an unlimited number of servers, round-the-clock telephone support 24x7 and allows for hire. At the cheapest rate, a maximum of 2 incidents per month, 2-10 servers, contacts only by mail / web, no priority development for the client or assistance in design / implementation are considered.

Contracts are concluded for 3-12 months, payments monthly or quarterly, prepayment.

Of course, no one forces to subscribe to commercial support, you can use free support , the product and all source codes also remain free.
