Lenovo introduced the smallest desktop in the world

I do not know if it really is such, but Lenovo's IdeaCentre Q180 desktop has dimensions of 192 * 155 * 22 mm. At the same time, the desktop is quite functional, and is able to perform most of the functions of "adult" desktop PCs. Of course, he is unlikely to be able to pull up modern "heavy" games, but he can handle movies in HD quality. Lenovo PC configuration can be changed at the request of the client. For example, it is possible to install a Blu-ray drive. True, the desktop will become a little "thicker" in this case.

As for the top-end configuration of the IdeaCentre Q180, it includes the Intel Atom D2500 platform (operating frequency 1.86 GHz), 4 GB of DDR3 RAM, plus an AMD Radeon HD 6540A graphics card (not built-in, discrete) with 512 MB RAM. This card supports DirectX 11.

The maximum amount of installed hard drive is 750 GB (of course, then you can change the hard drive to a larger one). Instead of a hard drive, you can order a drive with a capacity of 128 GB. The device is equipped with all the necessary modules, including Gigabit Ethernet and Wi-Fi 802.11b / g / n. There are USB 2.0 and USB 3.0 connectors, plus D-Sub and HDMI.

The desktop is so small that it can be installed behind the monitor (but only if the monitor itself is large enough). The cost of the device is $ 349 for the base model. For the maximum configuration you will need to give 449 US dollars.
