Mahjong solitaire OGS Mahjong grew to version 0.8
It has become a good tradition to write here about the development of the OGS project and the OGS Mahjong game in particular.
Constantly two people give their free time to the project: me and kornerr , but two more people helped about this version, which will be discussed below.
Even leisurely work brings results. A day ago, version 0.8 was released.
They worked mainly on fixing problems, but there are several new features.

By the release of the next version, we plan to seriously work on the appearance, interface and ease of installation of the game.

- The operation of the car camera is improved, rotation restrictions are changed, the ability to disable restrictions is added.
- Improved interface. Added previews of layouts and saved games.
- Added the ability to highlight even layers.
- Fixed closing the game by clicking on Q.
- Fixed installation issues in / usr / games on Linux systems.
- Debian packages for Debian have been compiled (compatible with Ubuntu and Mint).
- The second alpha version of the layout editor has been prepared ( lies here ).
- Improved translation support. The German version is fixed, for which thanks to Dirk Pervoltz, who read the text and sent his corrections.
- New chip models are connected. Highly detailed and medium models have undergone changes. For them we are grateful to Timur Malikin. We hope for his further participation in the project.
- Three music tracks from Kevin MacLeod and Dan-O were also added (thanks to them too, although they didn’t try for us).
