The domain Google.ua did not become owned by Google

Last year, Google tried to take the Google.ua domain from the Go Ogle company registered in Ukraine. The court ordered the termination of delegation of the google.ua domain, and recognized the right to the domain for Google. Then the repeated proceedings began, which were initiated by the company “Go Ogle”, and the “corporation of good” did not receive a domain, awaiting a decision by the Ukrainian court (the case was examined by the Commercial Court of Kiev).

By the way, there was a redirect from google.ua to the dating site, so there is an illegal use of the domain with the intention of making a profit. In the United States and other countries, such cases end very quickly in favor of the plaintiff. As for the situation with Ukrainian google.ua, everything went wrong from the very beginning, the litigation was delayed, because in Ukraine there wasn’t any kind of exact legal interpretation of the term “domain delegation”.

All this went on and on until the case calmed down. Well, now, most likely, this domain has again become owned by Go Ogle, because by going to Google.ua we find ourselves on the same dating site, Google redirected to redirecting it to the court. I wonder what could happen, that everything was back to square one - did Google refuse to sue? Or has the court dismissed the corporation? Or something else?

It would be interesting to find out what really happened there. In any case, Google will have to start all over again if the corporation really wants to take this domain from its current owner.
