EVE Online, Minecraft, and The Escapist Magazines Attacked
A little less than two hours ago, the notorious group of hackers LulzSec , already distinguished by attacks on Sony's resources, launched a DDoS attack on a number of services: EVE Online multiplayer game servers (at this time, there are usually up to 50,000 - 60,000 people at a time online), game servers Minecraft, The Escapist Magazine and others. The team claims that they destroyed the EVE Online login server. CCP, the game's developer, confirmed the attack and reported disconnecting services from the Internet as a precaution. Marcus Persson, the creator of Minecraft, also confirmed the existence of problems.

UPD. There was the official information from the CCP.
