Online education is widely used in continuing education courses for working students over 25 years old, and is almost never used in schools and universities. The problem is that many of the disciplines taught in schools and universities involve practical exercises. Basically, we are talking about the fact that the student writes something on the blackboard or in the notebook, and the teacher corrects him. You can’t do this with Skype, Webex, or other video conferencing programs.

Developers Pavel Aleinikov, Alexei Petrov and Vladimir Platov created a prototype service that allows you to use a tablet and write by hand during video tutorials. The ColorPen service imitates a blackboard and a chalk, a notebook with notes and a pen. The student writes, and the teacher corrects the mistakes. Records can be saved and edited later. +++

Wifixer

Brothers Dmitry and Alexander Klimushin and almost a dozen of like-minded people create the WiFixer service - a union of users of wireless networks. It should make wi-fi ubiquitous and affordable. If you have an access point, you can easily sell Internet access. And, on the contrary, if you need a wi-fi point, you can buy megabytes or network time from other members of the union.

Access search is performed using a special program - it is available on the WiFixer website. The cost of Internet access is determined in auction format. If there are other networks nearby, then the owner of the point is unlikely to break the high price. WiFixer earns on a percentage - from 25% to 5%, depending on the number of access points from one owner. +++

Wordsteps

The creators of WordSteps offer their own method for solving the problem of memorizing words when learning a new foreign language. The service allows you to select unfamiliar words from sites, documents, books, translate them and view the received "cards" through the website or on any mobile platform.
The project website was launched in April last year, during its work the number of registered users is growing rapidly. This is not the first project of this kind, but it is distinguished from its rivals by the best algorithms for learning and memorizing words on the market, free functionality and a convenient user interface. +++

Taxi on the net

Entrepreneur Evgeny Smirnov from Novosibirsk once dropped out of college to start his own business. He was engaged in IT outsourcing, created an online catalog of Roxi.ru goods and services, and now he was engaged in a new project - “Taxi on the Net”, a service for ordering a taxi via the Internet.

The problem that the startup and his team wants to solve is well known to everyone. Ordering a taxi is almost always roulette. When you turn to the traditional taxi service, you never know who will come for you - Lada Kalina or Mercedes. Even worse, it is impossible to predict when this will happen - it happens that one service does not have free cars nearby, then ordering a taxi turns into a call. +++

Kiev entrepreneur Rostislav Malenko and three of his associates create an exchange of goods and services bartermill on the network, where you can conduct transactions without money. It happens like this. Someone knows how to photograph, and someone owns hairdressing. When a photographer needs a haircut, and a hairdresser needs a photo shoot, they meet on the site and agree among themselves.

Over time, all the elements of a real exchange will appear on the site. For those who still want to use their money, they will still appear - the portal will have its own currency, convertible into dollars. There will be an opportunity to pay with debt receipts, insure your transactions, keep document flow. When this happens, the creators of the site will have a considerable number of different ways to earn money themselves: from the commission for the exchange of currencies to the creation of designs for the pages of registered users. +++
