For $ 7.99 per month - you can unlimitedly watch any movie from their film library
For $ 9.99 per month - you get the previous item plus the ability to order 1 DVD disc with movies that are not available for online viewing. After returning the DVD, you can order another disc.
Number of films available for viewing online: 28,000
What Amazon offers:
A Prime subscription costs $ 79 per year. Includes:
1. Free two-day delivery of goods purchased from sellers with the Prime sign
2. One-day delivery of goods purchased from sellers with the Prime badge
3. Unlimited access to their film library with the ability to both watch online and download pc / portable version of the file.

While the Amazon service is available only to residents of the United States, but in connection with the recent purchase by Amazon of LoveFilm (the European equivalent of Netflix) - you can expect the appearance of this service in Europe.
Unfortunately, my free student Prime account does not allow me to use the third item without subscribing to the paid version, but as an active Netflix user who will be transferred to Amazon Prime today, I will share my impressions in a couple of days.
