From today on, every authorized facebook user has the opportunity to get mail like user@facebook.com!
Incoming messages are sorted in 2 piles: from friends and “others”. Messages are combined into one continuous conversation for each friend or group of friends and are not sorted by date or subject of the message. Thanks to smart filters, messages from friends and friends of friends will always be displayed first.
If you want to send an email to an external email address, it will look like a regular message on Facebook and will be accompanied by your name and profile photo.
