New AgilePiter meeting, December 21: “Customer Relations and Requirements Management”

Last time, we discussed Agile in distributed teams, automated builds, and testing. The participants liked the format of the moderated OpenSpace discussion and the meeting was constructive, so we continue in the same vein. We will be glad to see both the participants of the last meeting and the newcomers.

The topic of the new meeting is “Work with the customer and requirements management”.
We will discuss how to deal with changes and tight TK, how to build relationships with the customer, what to do, and also try to find answers to your questions together.
The discussion is moderated by the ScrumTrek consultant, Alexey Korsun.
