Gigabyte T1125M - an interesting transformer notebook from Gigabyte
Transforming laptops, by definition, can’t be called cheap - the price of them rises due to their compactness, plus the very possibility of "transformation". The company Gigabyte recently announced its intention to release a not very expensive (yes, it is said somehow blurry) transforming laptop Gigabyte T1125M. This model will be the "younger brother" of the T1125N laptop.
So, in the new model, the processor is replaced by a dual-core Intel Pentium U5400 with a clock frequency of 1.2 GHz, which is less than in the "older" model. In addition, the video in the new model will be integrated, with support for HD. In principle, it is unlikely that anyone will “drive” high-performance video applications on such a laptop, including games with “heavy” graphics, so integrated video is almost normal for such a laptop form factor.
The model is also compact - for example, the diagonal of the display is only 11.6 inches. It turns out something like a netbook, more powerful than all the brothers. The native resolution for this laptop is 1366 x 768 pixels. As for RAM, two configurations will be given for choice - with 2 or 4 gigabytes of RAM on board. The maximum amount of RAM is 8 gigabytes. Hard disk capacity varies from 320 to 500 gigabytes.
Separately, it is worth noting the LED backlighting of the display and the presence of 1.3 megapixel webcams. The ports in this laptop are quite a lot - D-sub, USB, eSATA, audio, HDMI, card reader format 4-in-1. There are wireless communication modules WiFi and Bluetooth 2.1, plus LAN. The disadvantage (or advantage) of this model is the lack of an optical drive, due to which the dimensions of the laptop are so compact (290 * 220.7 * 27.86-40 millimeters). Weight with battery reaches 1.63 kilograms.
Unfortunately, apart from the configuration information, there is nothing else - it is not known, nor when will this model be released, nor how much will it cost. Let's hope that there is not very much that will allow lovers of such devices to purchase a model.
