MSDN: Updated Center for Internet Explorer Developers

Yesterday, the Internet Explorer Center on MSDN was updated . The center has been added over 70 materials in Russian that describe the most important aspects of IE9.

The main focus is on the following concepts:

2) SVG and Canvas
3) JavaScript
4) Security
5) Performance
6) Compatibility
7) Extensibility
