Removing password protection from iPhone 4

The guys from the MacRumors forums have found a way to remove password protection from iOS 4.1. To do this, just press Emergency Call, then press # three times, the call button (Call) and immediately after that - the lock button (Lock). Protection is removed and the contact list application opens.



A similar vulnerability was found on the iPhone in 2008, after which the patch was released.
