World of Tanks - the beginning of MBT

Now everyone can participate in large-scale tank battles in the surroundings of World War II. You can get into the game within a few minutes without filling out the questionnaire, just register and download the game client .

In the first version of World of Tanks, two tank nations (the USSR and Germany) and seven maps, which significantly differ from each other in terms of tactical characteristics, are available to players in an open beta test. A unique crew “pumping” system is also available.

As it became known a couple of days ago, in four months of closed testing of World of Tanks, Wargaming.net received about 40 thousand applications from volunteers, and the number of players who simultaneously fought on the fields of World of Tanks reached 4000 people. Up to 12 thousand tankers participated in the game every day, and on average a player spent 35 battles per day. During the testing period, players took part in more than 400 thousand battles, in which 120 million shells were fired and more than 15 million tanks were destroyed.

If you don’t know, World of Tanks is an MMORPG client in the genre of arcade tank simulator. The game was developed by the Belarusian studio Wargaming.net and is positioned as a multi-player team action. The game will be shareware (Free2Play), and therefore it is sometimes compared with Battlefield Heroes. The release of World of Tanks is expected in the near future.

Well, recently, the developers published the "trees" of development in Germany, the USSR and the USA, which will be presented in the game at the time of release.
