FAQ for legal startups

MLG Consulting Law Firm, together with lawyer Marina Derevyanko ( Law Chamber of St. Petersburg (SPbGKA)) announces the creation of a legal FAQ for startups.

Questions can be left in the comments, send an email to info@mlgconsult.ru or ask via twitter @ mlgconsulting until July 10 2010 you can ask any question about the creation of the IT business, copyright, attracting investments and any other matter of the IT business.

The answers will come as a free booklet and will be placed on the website of the legal company MLG Consulting and resources Marina Derevyanko. In addition, comments will be given on the questions asked in this post.

Dear friends!

Thank you for your interest and participation in creating the legal FAQ for
startups. We received a large number of questions on Habrahabr.ru,
StartapPoint.ru, by e-mail and via twitter.

We have already begun work on July 10 and will prepare a complete guide by the
beginning of September. Unfortunately, neither I nor Marina have an account on
Habrahabr, so we will not be able to give personal comments to everyone.
If anyone can highlight an invite, we will be happy to answer each
of the questions.

In any case, in our guide you will find answers to the main
IT law issues.
Unfortunately, we will not be able to answer complex questions requiring a comprehensive analysis, unfortunately, within the framework of the FAQ. At the
same time, we are ready to discuss these issues by e-mail.
