10 things on the Internet that are furious, or why the Web will really die

Support post “About the demise of the old dirty Web or The Legend of the Life-Giving Sensor” ( http://habrahabr.ru/blogs/eCommerce/96115/ ). It seems to me that the author was clearly underestimated, but he is just a mega-brain. Guys clean your blinders. No need to demand from a person who intuitively follows trends to tell how he does it. This naturally happens when the amount of information on any issue exceeds a certain level. I, as a former political analyst, understand this very well.

The author argued that next to the Internet there will be a new Internet on tablets and set-top boxes for television. The Internet on closed systems, in which monetization will occur in a completely different way from today's scheme. I will call such an Internet VIP Internet. And the reasons for its occurrence lie not only in the evolution of hardware and software, but also in consumer dissatisfaction with the current Internet. Below I will describe 10 things that annoy me as a user of the global network and the presence of which, in my opinion, is a prerequisite for the emergence of an alternative to WWW.

By the way, already now a way to solve any of these problems can be a business idea. Broken up, numbering is arbitrary, many points are interdependent and interdependent.

    1. Viruses. How many times has the number of viruses increased over the past year? Somewhere I heard a figure that was 400. But five years ago, I did without an antivirus, or I could update it once a month, or even less often. And now? Everyday! At the same time, half of the antiviruses are inefficient. Already now I would give the money that goes to purchase antivirus licenses for subscribing to VIP Internet. If he were safe.

    2. Spam . In fairness, I’ll say that if you regularly and consistently “complain about spam,” even mail.ru can work more or less decently. But this does not solve the problem. And how much spam on social networks? And in the comments? It is impossible to read. Will there be spam, for example, on the network on iPads? I strongly doubt it, which means plus for VIP Internet and closed networks.

    3. Richmedia. For such an advertisement would hit the monitor in the "face". When the entire screen is suddenly closed by an advertisement, and the tiny cross of cancellation is tiny (God forbid, still not running from the mouse) emotions begin to overwhelm. I do not want to see it. Who should pay to avoid this?

    4. Pornography . I was looking for cartoons for a child. I drove something like "Shrek download on-line", etc. I calmly open links to sites offering such services. Guess what kind of advertisements and pop-up windows they filled? If there was a wife nearby, my ears would turn red. Such things should not be freely available. Paid - please. And in good quality. At the same time, you can control this area.

    5. Fraudsters. It is comforting to think that people who make a fake website that collects money to treat a child will always burn in hell. But I would like them to live poorly in this life. And this means that there should not be a place in the network for such things. In VIP Internet such sites should be completely uprooted. The government may fork out for this ...

    6. Lack of adequate paid services. Continuation of the story with "Shrek" (see paragraph 4). They offer to download a film in high quality for 40 rubles. I agree, where to pay? And, here: "send SMS to number XXX." We assume that there is no paragraph 5 and are trying to send. "Error". One more time. "Error". Well, the third, according to tradition ... Damn, already enrages !!! So what is on other sites? In short, the situation is the same. Ah, I have tele2, so it doesn’t work! What a pity! Why are there no electronic versions of films at the price of a normal dividend? I would buy saving on gas and time. I hope in the future, there will be such a service in the VIP Internet.

    7. Search trash. God forbid if you are looking for "Ivanova", or the company "Vanguard". Ready for X million pages? The algorithms of search robots are a secret (we mortals do not need to know how they work), how they look - it is not clear. The seoshniks also contributed: get not what more matches the request, but the fact that the search robot found it faster. And another bonus - you will still receive contextual advertising in accordance with the requests on the mail.ru. I wanted to make my wife a surprise - I looked for something on the Internet. She goes into her mailbox - she has a lot of links. “Have you been looking for perfume?” Here in bulk. ” And if you look for a cure for hemorrhoids? And not at home, but in the office? There is something to do with the search. There are projects, I know. The question is investment. And it seems to me that they will come to VIP Internet faster.

    8. Flashy headlines and affiliate links. “They killed Semenovich!”, “We will never see this actor!”, “Everyone was waiting for this smartphone!” And ... it turns out they killed in the video, the actor just left the country, and about the smartphone - in general, the manufacturer’s press release. Personally, I don’t click on these links for a long time, but the abundance of them on sites is simply amazing. Moreover, on serious information sites. Attention distracts terribly and does not correspond to reality. Do we think that the "yellow press" is not enough? Still need a "yellow Internet"? The following is associated with this item:

    10. Surface and information vacuum. The Internet, like any media in terms of non-specialized sites, is extremely superficial. Like any media, the information Internet is created by journalists, and in contrast to the serious media, where no one is taken, there is practically no entry threshold. Plus the specifics of monetization. As a result, informational nonsense, advertising, "hot" news. Professionals, of course, sit on their sites. And what if you are escaping from a TV on the Internet? Have you seen the news on the first channel (and everyone else) for a long time?

    And the last little thing:

    9. Registration. Why register constantly! Zadolbali already! Let my computer be registered somewhere. I went from him, I can see who I am and what I am. Well, I registered the OS and is good. That's it. Save so much time. And, and here:

Protection against robots . Yandex, damn it! I’m alive, alive! Although if you constantly change the layout and typing abracadabra on the keyboard, life will be reduced, that's for sure. Why such protection is needed is understandable (again, spammers, scammers, viruses). Is there an alternative to WWW? I doubt it. Let's hope evolutionarily die.

    conclusions
All these things make the Internet less convenient and even unsafe. However, in the existing environment they cannot be cured. Bans and draconian measures will not help - splash out the water with the baby. At the same time, the time has come for the Internet to evolve. These processes are inevitable, everything is becoming obsolete. Internet is becoming obsolete. It is in our selfish interests to understand as early as possible where, what is moving in order to get ahead of the mega-monsters of the industry due to its mobility and take its rightful place in the sun. Preferably among these monsters.
