Web fonts as they are

Web fonts at this stage of development cannot be applied without hemorrhoids. They were invented in order to give users the opportunity to see the page as it was intended by the author of the site. What does the visitor actually see? The code is taken from the topic . They are designed to give scope to the imagination of the designer. Any designer will vomit from such rendering: Any designer will be twisted from such kerning: Web fonts are supported by most browsers. I do not know how others, but in the Opera they are buggy from the very beginning. On some systems they don’t work at all, on those that work, the pages may work when they reload, or they may not work:

This cannot be used in serious projects. Only on personal blogs, and only for text larger than 30px, so as not to see the wonders of smoothing and kerning. Consider me a heretic.
