Hsu Hsiao-ming 徐小明 - the number of visits tends to a billion (933,920,000). However, the rating of his blog in Chinese sina.com is only 42nd. Who is at first and how this rating is determined is not yet clear. He writes in Chinese about strategies in financial markets, and with the motto:
