IE9 supports TIFF, JPEG XR, and ICC 4 color profiles

The demonstration center Internet Explorer 9, two new demonstrations: supports TIFF and JPEG XR format and color profiles ICC version 4. The tests allow us to estimate how much your browser supports these formats and see how things work in IE9.

The first Image Support test offers the output of one image in three forms: ordinary JPEG (30kb, artifacts visible), losless TIFF (890 kilobytes) and JPEG XR (30 kb with quality comparable to TIFF). On browsers that do not support TIFF and JPEG XR, PNG will be used for demonstration.

Second Color Profiles Testallows you to test which version of ICC your browser supports and see the differences for different versions of ICC. The original image uses ICC 4. Test images obtained from the International Color Consortium .
