“Looking for partners” or “welcome to the office”
Hello, dear Habr-people!
I remember the last time I wrote about finding partners here almost a year ago. I was looking for people to jointly develop startups. Now the idea of my post is a bit more prosaic, but much more stable)
What happened this year: firstly, of course, the world began to come out of the crisis and, I think, everyone here experienced a rise in their work. Customers appeared for our usual services and beautiful, but slightly distant dreams of their personal, highly profitable Internet startups began to fade into the background.
So, what am I talking about: now, in one wonderful structure (I will not mention for now, so as not to disclose its plans), closely related to advertising, I am offered at least four jobs. The structure plans to create something like a coworking, an incubator for young professionals. The whole charm is that if my business associates and I are beneficial to this structure, we will be provided with office space on the terms of a very preferential barter.
So far, all that is required of us is the leisurely scaling of their website. In the future, pr of this structure will also connect to the requirements on the Internet. Agree: this is not very difficult for us) In exchange for this, they give us at least 4 jobs (we will behave well - they will give as much as necessary).
What I do and why I am looking for partners in the office:
I am a producer and manager of Internet projects, I have always worked with outsourced contractors. (I think you can’t write about the full benefits of this solution;)) This structure promises me an influx of customers, but now I am conducting 5 projects - I simply don’t have enough hands for more. One could just find hired employees, but I would like to work with those who see prospects, and not just current tasks. I want to create a full-fledged agency. Based on my project or yours - we

Our "virtual organization" has been around for 4 years. Website, fifty works in the portfolio, legal entity, and now an office in the building of the media structure (Moscow, not far from the third transport).
