Taxi in the mobile is the driver's side. (part 2)
This is the second part of the review of the new startup: Taxi " Taksolot ". I welcome you again, dear Khabrovites! In the second part of our review, we will talk about how the driver’s application is arranged, what are its obvious advantages, and what are they. 1. Again about dispatchers. I do not presume to talk about all the taxi services in our country, of which there are thousands, but at least the study of reviews on the Internet and numerous conversations with drivers have led me to conclude that drivers are not friends with dispatchers. Shouting, mate, disputes, etc. is quite a common thing. It was even possible not to collect reviews; I had heard enough about the walkie-talkie. The level of comfort from such a “service” drops sharply.

My interest, by the way, was also aroused by the reviews of those who no longer use walkie-talkies, but use a cell phone. The picture is about the same, but for the most part, in the taxi service office.
Now all this is not there, as well as the dispatchers themselves. Our system is almost completely automated. Except for certain points requiring action, observation and analysis of the taxi manager. But the dispatchers were completely eliminated, for which they will say thanks to the thousands of drivers of our vast country.
2.You can register as a taxi driver on the official website, or on the sites of taxi partners. The registration procedure takes no more than 5 minutes. Thanks to the daily analysis and customer reviews, the driver base will acquire more and more professional staff every day, which will greatly affect the quality of services.
3. After registration, you need to select a city and enter the specified username and password in the application downloaded to the phone.

The application remembers the entered data and the next time it is no longer required.
4. As a plus, you can note the fixed cost of the application, and not a percentage of the trip, the latter is not very fair. You can buy applications through any QIWI terminal . Detailed instructions are on the official website.

5.First you need to check whether the data about the car is entered correctly (the driver indicated them during registration), then set your prices and specify the default price method. This application also remembers and automatically transfers to the client. You can show some originality so that you are more often chosen. (With open testing, such machine names as PrioraDVD or VAZ 2110 Tuning were noticed). Adding such a “highlight” may give more chances that it is such a driver that the client will choose if, for example, the price is the same.
6. Instead of talking to the dispatcher and listening to the walkie-talkie, you can watch the submitted applications on the phone screen. When a new application arrives, the phone vibrates and emits a sound signal.

An obvious plus is the independent choice of the application. Select an application and click on it.

Here you can see not only the address, but also the wishes of the client. If you want to take this application, indicate the time and price. If the client chooses you, the application will be happy to notify you.

The absence of fixed tariffs gives you freedom of action, you yourself set the price for the trip, depending on the level of “coolness” of the car or circumstances, and of course the trip itself. The choice of tactics is yours - most often the most economical option will be chosen, you can make low prices and execute many applications. And you can make the price “higher than the market”, although then there will be fewer applications, but the profit from each will be more. And the clientele will be more decent and more cultured.
For example, at the time of open testing, the price of a trip in ordinary taxis was 40-50 rubles. in the district, as in our taxi, but customers also drove for 60 rubles with drivers who indicated such a cost.
Next, the problem was solved, how to inform the client if force majeure occurred. Anything can happen - a wheel has struck, an empty cork, and so on. In this case, the driver clicks "Force Majeure" , in this case, the client is immediately given the opportunity to choose another car, and the application is not debited from the driver. True, the button has a limit of 1 time per day.
If the driver successfully reached the place, he clicks “I arrived”and is expecting a customer. Any taxi has “left customers” and these are blacklisted. It is also implemented with us. If the application turned out to be left, the driver clicks “The client has not appeared” , and the application is not deducted from the driver. A limit is also set for this function - 2 times a day, so that drivers do not abuse such a privilege.
The client, after a couple of such calls, is blacklisted.

In the end, we can say that such a system gives the driver:
- Fair earnings.
- Freedom to choose applications.
- Freedom of pricing.
- Comfortable work without dispatchers and walkie-talkies.
- The ability to use the service as an add. earnings. (Nobody makes you work every day)
There are other interesting opportunities, such as attracting customers and other drivers who have not yet used this service. For this, the one who attracted new customers and drivers receives a percentage of each application, but I will talk about this in the third part of our review.
