What to do with a super idea?

I think that many Habra-people periodically have ideas of various startups, services and the like. Some ideas are completely stupid, some “in this-something-is”, and some seem to be simply brilliant. Dull ideas are forgotten, normal ones can be realized and see what happens, but what to do with a brilliant idea? Such an idea that seems so cool that it becomes scary, and suddenly you make a site, a large company sees it, spends a lot of money, makes its own analogue, and you just can not compete with them. Or so: you will make a site, but you will not be able to effectively promote it, and only two to three hundred people will know about it. I can assume that in such cases there is a need for an investor.

In this regard, I have a whole bunch of questions for knowledgeable people:
    1. Do you really need an investor or are there any other ways?
    2. Where to look for an investor?
    3. With what to go to the investor: with an idea, with a finished, but not launched product, or with an already working website?
    4. Do I need to patent the idea somehow?
    5. What responsibility do you bear before the investor?
    6. What are the risks?
    7. How is the profit divided (in some typical cases)?
    8. Who will be the owner of the resource?
    9. What is the role of the investor in the development, launch and promotion of the project?
    10. What will happen if the project does not justify the investment?
    11. The Update . Let's say the money received. What to do with them? Hire people?
In a word, I would like to get some kind of action plan when there is a great idea, but there is no way to implement it on our own. After that, it would be possible to arrange the answers in a separate post.

Update: Specifically, in my case we are talking about a new (at least I have not seen or heard about analogues) format for organizing a blog.
