Online Research 2.0
It is no secret that various marketing / sociological / economic studies are gradually moving to the Internet. Although, I must say, initially scientists were skeptical of various kinds of online research (in view of the small coverage of the world wide network and, accordingly, low representativeness).
Actually now, and in Russia, it became possible to conduct normal research on the Internet. In such large cities as Moscow and St. Petersburg, the Internet audience is more than 40% of the total population, among youth - more than 80-85%.
In connection with all this, the collection "Online Research in Russia 2.0" was recently released ., which included 21 articles by domestic and foreign scientists on the theory, methodology and practice of conducting research on the Internet. I think this collection will be of interest to a wide range of specialists in IT and Social Sciences.
You can download it absolutely legally here .
PS The author of this topic was looking for information about conducting online surveys for his research and decided to share it with the habro-public. The author does not belong to OMI in any way from the site of which this collection can be downloaded.
