Skiff Reader is a device for reading books and newspapers. Bigger, thinner, more flexible!

The book reader market is not new for a long time, and it is already quite difficult to surprise the consumer. But this device surprised me even. I think one picture will say better than any words: Obviously, there is no glass in the Skiff Reader design: the screen is made on the basis of metal foil according to the technology proposed by LG. The screen size is 11.5 "(with a resolution of 1600x1200), which makes it the largest in the class both in physical size and resolution. However, the device is surprisingly thin, only about 7 mm: Reading content is supposed to be received over the network through a special Skiff e-reading service, which will be launched for such devices (the device opens this line of devices).
