"1.1. The identification of the client - individual, the establishment and identification of the beneficiary are not carried out when organizations engaged in operations with cash or other property accept operations from customers - individuals, if their amount does not exceed 15,000 rubles or the amount in foreign currency equivalent 15 000 rubles (unless the employees of the organization engaged in operations with cash or other property suspect that this operation is is for the purposes of legalization (laundering) of proceeds of crime or the financing of terrorism). ”;

The limit applies only to a one-time payment, additional restrictions on the amounts that can be transferred during the day will not be introduced. That is, if you need to purchase services for a large amount, just make several payments sequentially one after another!
The restriction will be supported technically: it will not be possible to deposit more than 15,000 rubles into the bill acceptor of the terminal, and all bills for paying online store services for large amounts will be automatically beaten by the system.
Of course, the restriction will affect some of our partners and, as a result, users. Paying a reservation at some airlines will not be convenient. But such payments in the total amount are very, very few!
