WCDMA version of Motorola Milestone available in Germany

The WCDMA version of the Motorola Milestone Android smartphone (nee Droid) is available for purchase in Germany. A local O2 operator offers Milestone at a price of 1 EUR, subject to a 2-year contract. The cost of a monthly payment for the device is 20 EUR, i.e. The final cost of the phone is 481 EUR. The contract is paid separately. The price of the phone looks more than attractive. It remains to wait for the appearance of Milestone on ebay, and in retail in European countries. Thanks to a powerful advertising company, Motorola Droid sold 250,000 copies in its first week of sales.
