1. Conditional payment:
From October 26, users will be transferred to a free server, where speeds will be reduced. This will last until the end of the week or until the balance is replenished, then the account will immediately be transferred to paid servers with high speed (dedicated channel of 2 megabits per user). The cost of the service is ~ 60 rubles per month and money is debited from the account daily (2 rubles per day)
