So, in fact, it happened - the well-known in narrow circles of PHP framework Kohana finally crossed the threshold of major versions once again, and Kohana 3.0 final was uploaded to the public. I have not yet found an
extensive changelog, except for the promises written in the homm post , but this does not make the news less joyful. Actually:
