to take part in PHPCONF 2009 - the annual international conference of web developers,
which will be held on October 8-9, 2009 in Moscow.

Conference Topics:

The PHPCONF 2009 Conference focuses on issues related to the effective development of web projects.

This year, preference will be given to reports on:

* Organization of effective team development.
* Ensuring the maintenance of life and the development of "old" projects, code refactoring. The rebirth of the project.
* Organization of effective industrial development.
* Setting the web development process to stream.
* Modern techniques and trends in the world of web development.

Forms of participation The

master class is a modern form of conducting a training workshop for the acquisition of practical skills in various methods and technologies in order to improve the professional level and exchange best practices of participants. The master class is largely focused on dialogue with the audience, a group of up to 30 people, duration from 1.5 to 6 hours.

The report is an original work directly related to the theme of the conference, presented in the form of a speech lasting 20-30 minutes, accompanied by a slide show.

Flip - a short (5-10 minutes) presentation on a topic related to the conference theme or close to it, using a whiteboard or flip chart and felt-tip pens, or orally, without using special technical means.

Application form and deadlines for

August 25 - the deadline for applications for participation in the form of a master class and report;
August 30 - the deadline for considering applications and forming the conference program;
September 20 is the deadline for speakers to provide ready-to-show slides.

Those who want to make a report at the conference should submit the abstracts of their report: 1-2 pages of printed text for consideration by the program committee no later than August 25.

The Program Committee will consider the abstracts submitted, possibly request additional information from the authors, after which, by August 25, they will formulate the conference program on a competitive basis and publish a list of selected papers with a brief annotation.

Speakers are required to submit slides and / or text of the speech, calculated for no more than 40 minutes for the whole report, including answers to listeners' questions, to the program committee for consideration by September 20. The Program Committee may require certain changes, both in form and in substance. The speaker has the right to make changes to his report after the deadline, but these changes must be agreed with the program committee.

If the slides and / or the text of the presentation are not submitted by the deadline, the report can be withdrawn from participation and replaced with another report from among those who did not pass the initial selection.

Applications for participation in the form of a flip will be accepted without restrictions, including directly on the day of the conference. Flip selection will be made directly by the conference participants, for which some form of voting will be organized.
