Something huge awoke from the depths of the underworld, “this” devours and destroys everything in order to survive and everything ... to digest!
These words were chosen by the developers from Juce Beast for the trailer for a very entertaining game Gobtron (of course, you can already play :)) .
A brief overview below.
At first glance, this is an ordinary game from the series “defend your firing position by shooting waves of enemies”, but in reality it turns out to be much more interesting than it seems: the truly increasing complexity makes it more and more skillful to dispose of the existing arsenal; the humor of the monologues of the victims and of the whole concept as a whole makes us rethink the genre a bit; the original attack system (slobbering shield, snot, burping and "secret" weapons) is very amusing, and a balanced skill leveling system makes it evenly difficult to complete.
The last level is such a masterpiece in general - at first it is not given until you have developed a rather complicated strategy, after which it will be possible to go through it over and over again, if of course you want to.
