Apple bans all Google Voice apps in the AppStore
News has come that Apple is clearing the AppStore from all applications that use Google Voice. The standard wording for such cases is used: "duplicate features that come with the iPhone". The official application from Google also got under the distribution. Google’s comments followed:
“We are trying to create Google apps for a number of platforms, including the iPhone. But Apple did not allow our Google Voice application to appear in the AppStore when we tried to post it 6 weeks ago. "We will continue to work on creating other applications for iPhone users, such as those that work through a browser.”
Publisher www.techcrunch.comsuggests that AT&T, which by pressure on Apple protects its commercial interests, is at fault. Similar assumptions are put forward by other Internet browsers .
